We are continuing to run our live Maths and English lessons every day this week, starting at 10.30 and finishing at 11.30. Kati will email you the Zoom link every morning
We will have a short five minute break between maths and English, during which we have 'Mindfulness' before starting English.
This is what our visual timetable for the live lessons looks like.
English
Last week, we learned all about adjectives which are words that we use to describe nouns. We also learned about our Five Senses, and how we can use our five senses to help us describe how things look, taste, smell, sound and feel to touch. Some of you made some excellent sentences using those describing words.
This week, we are using Colourful Semantics to make sentences about a picture, but we are going to be adding adjectives to our sentences to make them more interesting. You have the worksheets in your home learning packs.

Maths
Last week in maths, we were learning our number bonds to 10. If you found that tricky, try watching the videos to help you. This week we are continuing to learn our number bonds to 10, but we will also be looking at ways we can use our number bonds to help us understand subtraction and fact families.
