Year 3 Week 1

19 March 2020

Hello Year 3!

We all miss you already! We hope you have had a good weekend. We will be calling you all between 1pm and 4pm on Tuesdays and in the meantime if you have any questions please send them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Look at the image gallery below to see what we have been up to.  If you want your pictures to be added, you can email them to the email address above.

Routine

We think routine can be really helpful in keeping our brains happy and healthy. We have made a simplified version of our school timetable so if you want a structured timetable click here. Parents please note that this is only a suggestion! We understand that these are strange times and just want to offer any help we can!

Birthdays

This week Narmin has been celebrating her birthday! Happy Birthday Narmin!

Weekly Challenges

This week we are setting you these three challenges:

  • Make a meal with your parents.  Tell us in the 'comments' section what you made and how you made it.
  • Pick a song and learn the words or a dance routine to it.  Practice it each week so you can perform it to the class when you are back.
  • Do some fun science activities and experiments. There are some on this website here

To keep you active this week we would like to you to follow along to this video.

Remember Times Table Rockstars and Bug Club for times tables and reading comprehension!
